WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- China Nuvo Solar Energy, Inc. (OTCBB: CNUVE), announced today that the trading symbol for its common stock will change to "CNUVE" effective today on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. This change is being made as the Company failed to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended July 31, 2009 by the extended due date of November 13, 2009. The Company is working diligently to complete and file the Form 10-K as soon as possible.
