China NetTV Holdings Inc. Plans a Non-Brokered Placement of up to $2,400,000.


VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- China NetTV Holdings Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB

:CTVH) wishes to announce that it plans a non-brokered placement for up to 48,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit for total proceeds of $ 2,400,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share for two years, at $0.08 per share in the first year or $0.25 in the second year. The proceeds from this private placement will be used for working capital and acquiring mining properties in the future.
