China NetTV Holdings Inc.: Acquisition of Chinese Copper-Gold Property.

China NetTV Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB:CTVH), is pleased to announce that it has acquired, through Honglu Investment Holdings, Inc.("Honglu"), 100% interest in a Copper-Gold Property (the "Property") in China. Honglu is a Chinese mining company being acquired by the Company under an Acquisition Agreement of July 2003. Honglu has a significant portfolio of mining properties in China.

The Property is situated in Tibet, China. It covers approximately 13 square kilometers and is located about 2 kilometers from a national highway, about 70 kilometers from the City of Rikeze and 325 kilometers southwest from Lhasa, capital of Tibet. There are established infrastructure facilities in the area. The Property sits between the Gangdisi Mountains and Brahmaputra River, within the "Gangdisi Copper Belt" recently announced by the Chinese government to contain significant copper and associated gold deposits. This Belt is referred to in government reports to be a major porphyry copper resource with strong gold indications. According to government reports, the copper resource in this Belt where the Property is located, is estimated over 10,000,000 metric tons and accounts for a significant portion of the entire national copper resources of China. The Chinese government began exploration work on the Property in 1983. The government conducted extensive exploration of this Property, consisting of: geological mapping, diamond drilling, adits, trenches, pits, geochemical and geophysical surveys. According to government reports, the exploration program identified extensive surface mineralization within the Property boundary trending 306 degrees over a lateral strike length of 2005 meters, an average width of 274 meters and a depth of 300 meters, dipping approximately 50 degrees to 60 degrees northeast. Surface mineralization is reported to have an average copper grade of 1.53%. Underground grades, identified through adit development work are reported to have an average copper grade of 0.57%. The overall resource is reported as 437 million metric tons (s.g.2.65 mt/m3) grading 1.05% copper (containing 4.59 million metric tons of copper) and 0.49 grams per metric ton gold (containing 6.88 million oz. of gold). The 475,000 square meters lateral extent of near surface mineralization renders this resource amenable to open-pit mining.

In early 2003, Tibet government exploration teams reported results of an extensive geophysical induced polarization survey conducted on the Property outlining an anomalous zone significantly larger than previous reports. The regional stream sediment and soil sampling anomaly of copper and gold extends some 6.5 kilometers in a northwest-southeast direction with an average width over 450 meters. This suggests significant further extension of the copper-gold mineralization beyond the 2005x274 square meters defined in previous reports. Studies conducted by the China Academy of Geo-Science, confirms that copper and gold mineralization in the Property superimposes the geophysical and geochemical signatures.

Beginning in September this year, the Company drilled a hole ZK0301 and continued drifting an existing adit PD4 in order to initially test the depth, continuity and quality of the copper-gold zone. Drill-hole ZK0301 was collared approximately 30 meters northeast off the surface-exposing area of the existing mineralized zone and drilled to a depth of 400 meters. The drill-hole intersected visual mineralization over a 285 meter interval from 34.6 meters to 320 meters. The extension of adit PD4 carried out by the Company also encountered visual mineralization. Core samples from the drill-hole and samples from the adit PD4 have been shipped for testing. Assays for the drill-hole and adit will be released when received.

The Company continues to review the data base that defines the government's resource calculation. In addition to an underground adit development work and a surface drilling program currently in process, the Company is planning to carry out further exploration activity on the Property that will include a minimum of 30 diamond drill-holes spaced at 200 meter intervals and drilled to an average depth of 400 meters. The program will test the continuity, quality and grade of mineralization and will additionally test the extension of the mineralized zone within the Property boundary in light of the anomaly reported by government authorities. The Company estimates a budget of US$ 3 million to complete this phase of the work program.

In the press release of July 9, 2003, the Company announced the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Honglu. For the acquisition of the Property, the Company will issue an additional 40,000,000 common shares for the acquisition and pay a legal fee in 2,800,000 common shares of the Company.

As a separate matter, the Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Gary (Nuan Yin) Gui, PhD in mining and exploration engineering and a senior prospecting engineer, has been appointed as Vice President. Dr. Gui is associate professor of geology at China University of Geo-Science. He is based in our principal business office in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
