China Fires E-Salvo at US Government.

Chinese cyber-terrorists, or at least, hackers with a working knowledge of Mandarin, have attacked US administration web sites, apparently in retaliation for the bombing of the Chinese embassy in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. According to mi2g, a London, UK internet disaster recovery service, web servers at the Energy Department, Interior Department and National Park Service were forced off-line "for some time" as administrators worked to clear them of graffiti messages in English and Chinese.
