) today announced the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as its auditors to replace MacKay LLP, effective January 4, 2005.

The company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Victor Kwee, CMA CMA - Concert Multithread Architecture from DEC.  as the new Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for the company to replace Mary Chin, who is resigning to pursue other interests. Mr. Kwee has an extensive background in the financial and accounting areas, having worked for Peat Marwick & Mitchell in Malaysia and several local Vancouver companies.
