It is used to write checks, organize investments and produce a variety of reports for personal finance and small business.  the development of aquatic production in the coming decade.

By the end of this century it plans to boost total aquatic production output to 1.2 million tons. To reach the target, an export-oriented fishing industry will be developed featuring artificial breeding of aquatic products, and promotion of off-shore and ocean fishing sectors.
