The alliance of MyWeb and TVSN solves logistical problems

associated with the lack of infrastructure in China

MyWeb Inc.com (OTC BB:MYWB) and TVSN China (Holdings) Ltd. today announced a broad based partnership program to cross promote each other's products. The new alliance creates a new E-commerce powerhouse that is positioned to take advantage of the predicted E-commerce explosion in China. MyWeb - Asia's dominant TV portal - will be selling TVSN's wide range of products online, while TVSN, China's leading TV shopping network will be selling MyWeb's set-top boxes in its 30-minute broadcast programs.

China is the "promised land" for set-top box-based Internet access. Over 300 million households or as many as 95% of the households in larger Chinese cities own TV's, but only 2 million own PCs. The average price for home PCs is still over $1,000, but MyWeb set-top boxes that enable full Internet access through television sets, sell for only $180. MyWeb has also agreements with Beijing Telecom (a subsidiary of China Telecom) for the deployment of MyWeb's set-top boxes through a combination of rental and leasing programs. This means that Chinese citizens can even use their TV sets for Internet access for a very low, fixed, monthly fee.

TVSN is China's leading TV shopping network.
