China's Deer Jet Orders P&WC-Powered Aircraft.

SINGAPORE, Singapore--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2002

PW&C Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. (P&WC) is pleased to announce that Deer Jet, a business aircraft charter operator, a subsidiary of China's Hainan Airlines "CHH" redirects here. For the form of dwarfism known as CHH, see cartilage-hair hypoplasia.
Hainan Airlines (Chinese: 海南航空公司; Pinyin: Hǎinán Hángkōng Gōngsī
 Group, has ordered three PW306A-powered Gulfstream G200 business jets for delivery starting in April 2002.

The Gulfstream jets are among a number of new P&WC-powered aircraft recently ordered by Deer Jet, operator of the largest business jet fleet in Asia. The company recently took delivery of two PW206C-powered Agusta A109 Power twin-turbine helicopters to ferry harbour boat pilots to ships in Shanghai Harbour. The use of the helicopters for this purpose could save as much as 80 berthing days per year, according to according to
