In an update on company events, Chua reports as follows: With the company-audited financials for the period ending Dec. 31, 2003, being filed earlier this year, the company will enter into the next phase of the business plan, whereby in 2005 all company filings will be completed so that the company can, by becoming in good standing, request a sponsorship to the OTC BB. The company will work closely with its accountants and auditors to complete financial statements for all quarters in 2004 and the year ending Dec. 31, 2004, in order that these filings may be completed in the first quarter of 2005.

It is expected that company operating results will show an increased operating loss in 2004 as income from license sales in 2004 and royalties will not offset operating expenses. However, in 2005 the company business plan will be fully deployed with forecast to license up to 10 additional operators and royalty and fee income; therefore, in 2005, the company should reflect a positive cash flow.

In recent events, the company was not able to finalize terms on an agreement with a Hong Kong company, which was initially entered into, to give Chimera a presence in Asia. A new partner arrangement will be actively pursued for 2005.

The recently announced engagement of X-Generation Inc., operating the new Web portal http://www.xgenerationmarketing.com to work with new licensees in establishing their branded Internet operating site and to provide marketing and operating support, appears to be working well. The newest license holder, Grade Point Average Inc. (Pink Sheets: GPTV) who will operate as Pegasus Gaming Corp., has commenced work on its Web site and would expect that operations could commence as soon as January 2005. 724Sportsbook.com reports that its Web site has recently received a totally new face lift with ease of use being of the utmost importance, and the Web site has now been updated with the Survival Pool platform and a major marketing program will be implemented over the course of the next two to three weeks. The Survival Pool platform software has been integrated into the Chimera 1 software package and will be available to all new and existing licensees. Further, the Multi Player Poker platform is in the final stages of integration and all licensed operators will be able to offer this product before year-end. The annual gaming show in Las Vegas in August resulted in several interested parties requesting information on the company and the software package available to license. In other newsworthy happenings, the United Kingdom has now approved the use of Internet-based gaming operations to supplement the existing gaming operations, including licensed book-makers already operating throughout the country. A representative of Barclay's Bank was at the gaming show in Las Vegas and distributed audio-video material to exhibitors and attendees alike to demonstrate that new business in this area was being pursued. Further, the presentation indicated that gross revenue in Europe in 2003 from gaming operations was almost equal to the revenue projections that were being used by the industry to project industrywide revenues for 2003. This is a significant increase in projected industry earnings and cannot fail to again show an increase with the expanded operations in the United Kingdom.
