FINANCING

The Company is pleased to announce it has completed private placement equity financing in the amount of $250,000 at current market prices, less applicable discounts and subject to hold periods prescribed by securities regulations. In addition, Chimera is also in the process of negotiating a further private placement equity financing in the amount of $500,000, involving the purchase of restricted common stock of Chimera.
