1996--Childrobics, Inc. announced today that the company determined to
change its fiscal year from one ending on June June: see month. 30th of each year to a
fiscal year ending on Sept. 30th of each year.
The unaudited financial statements covering the transition period
beginnning July July: see month. 1, 1996 and ending Sept. 30, 1996, will be reported on a
Form 10-Q/SB to be filed within 45 days after the date of determination.
