Youngsters took part in a sack race at Queen's Arcade in Cardiff, as part of a 'Help Me To Be Healthy' campaign, on Saturday. The UK-wide tour has been organised by potato farmers from the British Potato Council The British Potato Council is a non-departmental public body whose mission is to develop and promote Britain's potato industry.

The BPC promotes the health benefits of potatoes to the general public, showing how potatoes are low in both fat and calories and packed full of
 and included a demonstration of tasty recipes for quick and nutritionally balanced potato dishes.

Children and shoppers also got to sample some of the dishes on offer.
