A torn and hanging piece of cloth; a shred. 2. tatters Torn and ragged clothing; rags. tr. & intr.v. is on at Queen's Hall The Queen's Hall was a classical music concert hall in Central London, England, opened in 1893, but is best known for being where the Promenade Concerts were founded by Robert Newman in 1895. Arts Centre, Hexham on Saturday, May 30 at 2pm and 6pm. The show is being performed by Jack Drums Arts and is for children aged 5-10 and their families.
