Children's charity signs 12,500 s/f lease.


Cushman & Wakefield announced that Children's Rights The opportunity for children to participate in political and legal decisions that affect them; in a broad sense, the rights of children to live free from hunger, abuse, neglect, and other inhumane conditions.  Inc., the nation's leading organization protecting the rights of abused and neglected children, has leased 12,500 s/f at 330 Seventh Ave.

The non-profit will relocate from 404 Park Ave. South, where it had approximately 6,000 square feet. It will take the entire fourth floor at 330 Seventh Ave., located on the southwest corner of 29th Street.

"At 330 Seventh Avenue Children's Rights was able to remain in its desired vicinity in Midtown South and find additional space to expand its operations," said Mr. Chudnoff, a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield.

Built in 1922, 330 Seventh Ave. is a 22-story office building totaling approximately 200,000 square feet. In addition to Children's Rights, other major tenants include the Rex Wilson Company and the Jewish Telegraphic Agency The Jewish Telegraphic Agency (JTA) is an international news agency serving Jewish community newspapers and media around the world.
