Children's Technology Group Signs Agreement with Kids On-Line America; Three-year Deal to Make Significant Increases in Revenues and Distribution.

Children's Technology Group, Inc. (CTG) a majority-owned subsidiary of 1st Net Technologies (OTCBB: FNTT), and San Francisco-based Kids On-Line America, Inc., (KOLA) announced a licensing and distribution agreement for a customized children's Web browser.

As part of the three-year agreement, KOLA will receive a customized, private-label children's Web browser to incorporate into their KOLA service, which provides a safe, secure and smart online community for kids, parents and teachers. Per the terms of the agreement, both companies will share in revenues, with a cap at $1 million for Children's Technology Group, from subscriptions to the KOLA network.
