) today announced financial results for its second quarter and six months ended June June: see month.  30, 1997.

The company reported revenues of $1,416,912 for the second quarter ended June 30, 1997, compared to revenues of $1,331,467 for the second quarter ended June 30, 1996.

After accounting for corporate charges, depreciation and amortization, and interest expense, the Company reported a net loss for the quarter of $3,155,531 or $(0.51) per share, compared to a net loss of $3,368,789 or $(0.63) per share, for the quarter ended June 30, 1996.

Revenues for the six months ended June 30, 1997, were $2,567,633, up from $2,547,490 for the six months ended June 30, 1996. The net loss for the period was $5,935,725, or $(.99) per share, compared to a net loss of $5,244,662, or $(1.16), for the comparable period in 1996.
