Kelly is a partner in Heidrick & Snuggles, an executive search firm. Mukadam is corporate director of Occidental Petroleum Occidental Petroleum Corporation ("Oxy") NYSE: OXY is an international oil and gas exploration and production company with operations in the United States, Middle East/North Africa and Latin America regions.  Corp. Goodman is president of Sterling Strategies Inc. Herman serves as vice president of Gary Kaplan & Associates. Holthouse is a community leader. Martin Jacobs is vice president of Capital Research Co. Santello serves as executive vice president and regional managing director for Carat Fusion, a digital marketing agency.
