Childhood Obesity to Benefit from Low Carb Vending Machines Launch.

In light of the growing obesity epidemic, Pure Foods, LLC launched the first and only low carb vending machines in the country. They will debut their innovative vending machines in Las Vegas at the vending machine trade show hosted by the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA). The show will be at the Las Vegas Convention Center April 1st & 2nd.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services released a study that states poor diet and lack of physical activity was the second leading cause of death in the United States in 2000. In a vow to help fight this epidemic, Pure Foods, LLC commits to donate a percentage of all revenue from the vending division to help fight Childhood Obesity in the United States.

In coincidence with the release of the study, Pure Foods, LLC announced the launch of the low-carb vending division. The study states, "If the trend continues, obesity will surpass tobacco as the top preventable killer." With 28% of Americans controlling their carb intake, and another 20% considering it in the next year, the consumer is looking for a quick alternative. The company is also in search of individuals who wish to become Pure Foods Vending licensees. With an overall investment as minimal as $15,000 -- which includes the fee to become a Pure Foods Vending licensee, one Pure Foods low carb vending machine and start up expenses, company executives hope the response to the licensee opportunity is enormous.

Pure Foods, LLC is in discussions with high schools and selected private universities as well as an unnamed hotel chain. From vending machines placed in schools, a portion of all revenues generated will be donated back to the school. Current negotiations with the unnamed hotel chain will place 480 machines in 60 properties.

Customers will be able to custom load their machines with choices from more than 1,000 low-carb, low fat, sugar free, gluten free and organic products.
