TWO thirds of retailers in one area of South Wales South Wales south nsud m du Pays de Galles  were caught selling spray paint cans to underage children in a council investigation.

The Vale of Glamorgan's trading standards department sent a 14-year-old into a series of independent and chain stores to see if retailers were abiding by the legal limit of 16.

 said: "The results of this survey are very disappointing and I would hope they act as a reminder to retailers of their responsibilities when selling spray paints and solvents."
