Chief Financial Officer Resigns from Friendly's Restaurants.WILBRAHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 1999--The Friendly Ice Cream Corporation announced today that Mr. George Roller, Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has resigned, effective January 31, 1999. Mr. Roller joined Friendly's Restaurants in 1989 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in January, 1996. Mr. Roller plans to pursue other opportunities more consistent with his career goals.
