Founded in 1978 by Joseph Mancuso, Chief Executive Officer's Newsletter is published by The CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Club (originally called the Center for Entrepreneurial Management), which is a nationwide group of CEOs who run businesses with more than $2 million in annual sales. The newsletter features a Q & A page; members' first-person accounts of problems and successes; advice on taxes, banking, philanthropy philanthropy, the spirit of active goodwill toward others as demonstrated in efforts to promote their welfare. The term is often used interchangeably with charity. , professional development, and the internet; a CEO of the Month profile; and Club events and benefits.
