Chico Company acquires Stockton pension firm; APC becomes one of the largest pension firms in the West.

The transaction, which adds over 430 plans to its business, makes APC one of the largest pension firms in the West with over 3,200 retirement plans under administration.

The announcement was made jointly by Richard J. Collins, President of APC, and Dan Ochsner, President of Executive Services.

Ochsner will join APC's team of consultants, and will continue to serve the firm's Stockton area clients from his local office.
