Further, they claim that this organized criminal activity is apparently occurring in courts with access to private funds and government funds, e.g., bankruptcy, probate, and family courts, and is enabled and participated in by other state and federal courts, especially reviewing courts. Mr. Lynch comments, "Recently, I have discovered and turned over to federal criminal investigators material evidence that apparently suggests that the Chief Judge of the Federal Bankruptcy Court, Eugene R.
