Chicago to Host Expanded Women's Cycling Summit.CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 18, 1999-- Following the excitement of the inaugural Specialized Women's Cycling Summit last August, Subaru is proud to announce its sponsorship of the expanded 1999 Subaru/Specialized Summit Series. Chicago, named to Bicycling magazines list of top ten bicycle friendly cities, is hosting the expanded Summit.
