Chicago NAMA. (National Ag Day).
Chicago NAMA assembled a farmer panel March 19 at Walter Farms in DeKalb DeKalb (dēkălb), city (1990 pop. 34,925), DeKalb co., N Ill., in a farm area; inc. 1861. The city is a distribution center with manufactures that include plastics, electrical equipment, and agricultural silos. There also are agricultural research facilities., Illinois, that consisted of five high-volume progressive farmers. The panelists discussed aspects of their operation and took questions from the audience. The session was moderated by Sara Wyant, Farm Progress Companies.
