Chicago Health Providers Choose StaffCV.

StaffCV, Inc., a Chicago based provider of recruitment software, announced today that three leading health organizations in the Chicago area have chosen the StaffCV solution to fulfill their entire recruitment needs. Together, their recruitment websites will be used to capture details of some 3,500 internal employees and place in excess of 600 jobs per annum in the health sector.

Sherman Health and Delnor-Community Health System (DCHS), members of the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council (MCHC) will each implement a StaffCV recruitment website to collect candidate applications and apply sophisticated back end screening and filtering. The MCHC will be actively working with StaffCV to introduce its product to its 133 member healthcare facilities.

The StaffCV software is totally unique in that it integrates a psychometric profiler component, which captures a candidate's work preferences via a patented graphical interface. StaffCV developed a world first by integrating this sophisticated psychometric evaluation software within its full recruitment management system.

StaffCV also allows for candidate matching to coincide with goals for a particular role as defined by the US Department of Labor's O*Net standards. StaffCV is the only company globally to work with the USDOL to integrate this data into a meaningful environment where people can use it to make recruitment decisions.

Using the StaffCV software, employers can control their entire recruitment process (both internal and external), including personalized candidate response, email-merge, mail-merge, applicant tracking, interview note taking, statistical reporting and complete history logs.
