Chicabee is a very special word that Andrew Lueck coined for his daughter and means 'to be a girl". It started out as a simple nickname (1) An alternate name used to identify yourself in a chat room.

(2) A shortcut for identifying a recipient in an e-mail address book.
 and became a series of short impromptu A Windows query and reporting tool from Cognos with support for a large variety of databases.
