NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 15, 1995--Sales for the fiscal year rose to $376,068,000 as compared to $354,215,000 in the previous fiscal year.

In the current fiscal year earnings per share decreased to $.10 per share. This compares to $1.08 earnings per share in fiscal 1994. -0-
