Chesterton, Binswanger combine to provide international RE services.


Chesterton International Ltd. and Binswanger Binswanger is a surname and may refer to:
  • Harry Binswanger (1944-), American philosopher.

 International, Ltd. have announced the formation of a strategic alliance to provide a range of cross-border corporate real estate services to multi-national corporate clients throughout the world.

The alliance, to be known as Chesterton-Binswanger International, combines the resources of two of the world's leading real estate firms, creating the first real estate organization with offices located throughout North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. , South America South America, fourth largest continent (1991 est. pop. 299,150,000), c.6,880,000 sq mi (17,819,000 sq km), the southern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. , Europe Europe (yr`əp), 6th largest continent, c.4,000,000 sq mi (10,360,000 sq km) including adjacent islands (1992 est. pop. 512,000,000). , the Far East and Australia.

Binswanger added, "Chesterton-Binswanger International will provide a single source of cross-border real estate services, combining knowledge of local markets with sophisticated international real estate expertise. This alliance also gives our corporate and institutional clients access to complete property services in all key international markets. In particular, Chesterton's strong presence in the Far East will enable us to strengthen our existing services in a region which is of critical importance to our clients."

The alliance will be headquartered in London and Philadelphia, and coordinated through 21 regional offices in the U.S., Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Japan, Hong Kong Hong Kong (hŏng kŏng), Mandarin Xianggang, special administrative region of China, formerly a British crown colony (2005 est. pop. 6,899,000), land area 422 sq mi (1,092 sq km), adjacent to Guangdong prov. , Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina. The alliance will also draw on the resources of Chesterton-Binswanger's 63 additional offices in North America, South America, Europe, the Far East and Australia.
