Chester Holdings Ltd. Announces Agreement With Union Healthcare Group Limited.SIMPSONVILLE, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 1999-- Chester Holdings Ltd. (Electronic Bulletin Board symbol: CHESE) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Union Healthcare Group Limited of London, England to begin the implementation of the Pharma On Line program in the UK. Union Healthcare presently owns fifty-seven nursing homes in England, Wales Wales, Welsh Cymru, western peninsula and political division (principality) of Great Britain (1991 pop. 2,798,200), 8,016 sq mi (20,761 sq km), west of England; politically united with England since 1536. The capital is Cardiff. and Ireland and is in the process of acquiring another five homes in Spain. Union also plans to enter the US market in 2000. The agreement calls for Chester and Union to jointly establish a centralized cen·tral·ize v. cen·tral·ized, cen·tral·iz·ing, cen·tral·iz·es v.tr. 1. To draw into or toward a center; consolidate. 2. pharmacy pharmacy, art of compounding and dispensing drugs and medication. The term is also applied to an establishment used for such purposes.
