 in Meridian, with Rev. Dr. Raymon Leake and Rev. Barry Chesney, brother of the bride, officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Chesney of Meridian. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Howard Carpenter of Senatobia and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Chesney of Union.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Livingston of Collinsville. He is the grandson of Mrs. Patsy Livingston and the late Mr. Kenneth Livingston of Collinsville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Dan Peebles of Philadelphia. Music for the ceremony was provided by David Bishop
