Jennifer Carol Chesney and Kenneth Ryan Livingston were united in marriage on Saturday, May 5, 2007, at First Baptist Church in Meridian, with Rev. Dr. Raymon Leake and Rev. Barry Chesney, brother of the bride, officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Chesney of Meridian. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Howard Carpenter of Senatobia and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Chesney of Union.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Livingston of Collinsville. He is the grandson of Mrs. Patsy Livingston and the late Mr. Kenneth Livingston of Collinsville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Dan Peebles of Philadelphia. Music for the ceremony was provided by David Bishop, organist; Barry Germany, pianist; Charles Gates, trumpeter; and the Magnolia String Quartet. Vocalists were Amy Jackson and Jason Brooks.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of ivory satin, designed by Oleg Cassini, which featured a strapless fitted bodice that flowed into a princess A-line skirt. Metallic embroidery detail with delicate beading embellished the gown that carried a chapel-length train. She wore a single layer fingertip veil of silk illusion with ivory pearls, and carried a hand-tied bouquet of tulips, roses, calla lilies, and hydrangeas.

Maid of honor was Sarah Spraberry of Southaven, cousin of the bride. Other attendants were Courtney Chesney of Louisville, Kentucky, sister-in-law of the bride; Laney Livingston of Collinsville, sister of the groom; Lisa Cothern of Enterprise; Myleia Shirley of Chunky; and Blair Rawson of Meridian. Each attendant wore a strapless Victorian lilac satin gown and carried a hand-tied bouquet of calla lilies, hyacinth, tulips, and roses. Mr. Kenny Livingston served his son as best man. Groomsmen were Scott Garrett and Austin Mixon of Meridian; and Trent Gressett, Jason Parker and Brandon Rogers of Collinsville. Ushers were Matt Carpenter of Kossuth, Thomas Carpenter of Hernando, and Chris Coats and Andrew Spraberry of Southaven, all cousins of the bride. Program and registry attendants were Lisa Chesney, Robin Chesney, and Emily Withers, all cousins of the bride; and Lindsey Kyles, a friend of the bride.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the church. Servers were June and Julie Williams, Paulette and Carrie Jones, Jackie Longmeier and Meagan Scott, and Carolyn Beeland and Jennifer Ezell, all mother-daughter friends of the bride.

On the eve of the wedding, the groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at First Baptist Church. A bridesmaids' brunch was given the day of the wedding by Mrs. Mary Emma Allen and Mrs. Janice Covert.

Following a honeymoon to Orange Beach, the couple is at home in Meridian.
