Chesapeake Display Business Honored by the Delta Faucet Company.

RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2000

The Delta Faucet Company recently recognized Consumer Promotions International (CPI), a Chesapeake Corporation (NYSE: CSK) company, for creative excellence in the design and execution of a modular, permanent point-of-purchase display system. The faucet manufacturer has used the display system, known as the Studio System 2000 Display, in plumbing showrooms nationwide.

Sue Oprisu, exhibits & display director for Delta, said of the vendor excellence award, "These awards were presented to CPI for their creative work on the Studio System 2000 Display program. The program has been extremely successful in terms of wholesale acceptance. The point-of-purchase display program was created to showcase the Delta, Delta Select and Delta Commercial product lines. Delta's sales have far exceeded the company's early projections. The display program has been re-ordered in significant quantities.
