 CORP., Richmond, Virginia Richmond IPA: [ɹɯʒmɐnɖ] is the capital of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the United States. , USA has signed a definitive agreement with Impaxx, Inc. to acquire Impaxx Pharmaceutical Packaging Group Inc., which does business as Arlington Press, Lake Success, New York Lake Success is a village in Nassau County, New York in the United States. The population was 2,797 at the 2000 census.

The Village of Lake Success is in the Town of North Hempstead on northwest Long Island.
. The agreement calls for Chesapeake to purchase all of the outstanding capital stock of Arlington Press for US$65 million, subject to a working capital adjustment.
