Chenal sale.

A 4,700-SF home in west Little Rock's Chenal Circle neighborhood is under new ownership after a $725,000 sale.

James and Meg Casey acquired the house from John Childers Jr. and his wife, Jill. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $417,000 and a five-year loan of $163,000 from IberiaBank Mortgage Co. of Little Rock.

The residence previously was linked with a January 2009 mortgage of $383,600 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage and a June 2009 mortgage of $250,000 from Bank of Little Rock.

The Childers family purchased the property for $650,000 in October 2004 from Timothy Daters.
