Chenal sale II.

A 5,200-SF home in west Little Rock's Chenal Valley neighborhood sold for $575,000.

William and Veleta Bentz purchased the house from Robert Scroggin Jr. and his wife, Jennifer.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $300,000 from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Miss. The residence previously was linked with a July 2004 mortgage of $441,600 held by Twin City Bank of North Little Rock.

The Scroggin family acquired the location for $77,000 18 months ago from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.
