Rodney and Karen McCarver acquired the house from Belle Terra Properties Inc., led by Roger Coburn. The deal is funded with a $721,183 loan from Riverside Bank of Sparkman (Dallas County).

The residence previously was tied to a May 2006 mortgage of $560,000 held by First Security Bank of Searcy.

The location was bought for $93,000 13 months ago from the Carla Spainhour 401K Plan.
