A 5,300-SF home in west Little Rock's Chenal Valley neighborhood sold for $564,000.

Patrick and Dina Ifrah acquired the house from MJ Innovative Builders Corp., led by Jamal Sobimanian.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $417,000 and a three-year loan of $112,640 from Twin City Bank of North Little Rock. The residence previously was linked with a $360,000 mortgage held by Bank of Little Rock.

The location was purchased for $60,000 in November 2004 from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.
