A 2,973-SF home in west Little Rock's Chenal Valley neighborhood is under new ownership after a $512,000 deal.

The Chloe L. Langston Trust bought the house from Clint and Cynthia Boshears.

The residence previously was tied to an August 2000 mortgage of $372,000 held by Bank of the Ozarks.

The Boshears family acquired the home site for $75,000 three years ago from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.
