Chenal abode I.

The sale of a 4,316-SF home in west Little Rock's Chenal Valley neighborhood alternated between $732,700 and $660,000. Cartus Relocation Corp. of Danbury, Conn., bought the house from Jennifer and Hal Purdy for a reported $732,700. Cartus then sold the house for a reported $660,000 to Larry and Elizabeth McCraw.

Under Purdy ownership, the property was tied to an April 2004 mortgage of $528,000 held by Riverside Mortgage Co. of Little Rock.

The Purdys acquired the residence for $680,000 more than three years ago from Roger and Julie Coburn.
