) will increase prices on its range of core and performance phosphate ester flame retardants by 15% in all regions, effective June 16th, 2008, or as contract terms allow. This includes the Reofos[R] and Kronitex[R] brands.

This increase has become necessary due to sharp and continuing escalation in the cost of elemental phosphorus, a key component of these products, together with significant increases in other raw materials, utilities and transportation costs.
