An agent used to make an emulsion of a fixed oil. product lines, due to rising raw materials costs. This global increase of $0.04/lb on its LoBase, HyBase, Petronate, Surchem, and Calcinate product lines will be effective on shipments on or after October 1, 2006, or as contracts allow.
