Chemline introduces exterior coating for pipelines.

Chemline has introduced Chemthane 2261 spray-applied polyurethane to protect steel pipes against corrosion. It can be applied directly to the substrate in coating thicknesses from 40-60 mils (1-2 mm) without an additional primer and has a Shore D hardness of 75. Designed to resist cold temperature impact without cracking, as well as resist suppleness and delamination at higher temperatures, Chemthane 2261 contains no solvents and can be applied directly via an airless spray process using a two-component system in a a high build single pass. Chemthane 2261 cures in less than five minutes at 77[degrees]F.
