The tenant utilizes this space for general office purposes. General Chemical Partners, headquartered in Parsippany, N.J., is a provider of low-cost, high quality core chemicals, including soda ash soda ash: see sodium carbonate. and calcium chloride calcium chloride, CaCl2, chemical compound that is crystalline, lumpy, or flaky, is usually white, and is very soluble in water. The anhydrous compound is hygroscopic; it rapidly absorbs water and is used to dry gases by passing them through it. Calcium chloride is commercially available usually as the dihydrate, CaCl2·2H2. The company is one of the largest providers of soda ash and calcium chloride in North America. Built in 1990, Eagle Rock IV is a three-story, 187,000 s/f office facility located within a landscaped 50-acre corporate campus in Morris county. |
