Chemical Financial Corp.

Chemical Financial Corp. of Midland, Mich. and Shoreline Financial Corp. of Benton Harbor have completed a merger, giving Chemical, the survivor, 32 locations in southwest Michigan. After the merger, Chemical has 118 full-service office and two loan production offices. Assets total more than $3 billion.
