(ChemiCorp) announced today that Dr. Mariusz Rybak, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of IDS Intelligent Detection Systems Inc. (IDS), has been appointed to its Board of Directors as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Sanje Ratnavale, Chief Financial Officer of IDS, has also been appointed to the Board of Directors and to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company.
