Chemex announces completion of merger with ACCESS Pharmaceuticals.TARRYTOWN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 29, 1996--Chemex Pharmaceuticals Inc., today announced that at a Special Shareholders Meeting held on January 25, 1996, its shareholders approved the merger with ACCESS Pharmaceuticals of Dallas.
