:CHE) today announced that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter, ended December 31, 2005, on Tuesday, February 21, 2006, following the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)

Chemed will host a conference call and webcast at 11 a.m., ET, on Wednesday, February 22, 2006, to discuss the company's quarterly and year-to-date results and provide an update on its business.
