 Medical Division of Central States Diversified Inc. for an undisclosed purchase price.

With revenues of $12 million, CSD Medical is a manufacturer and distributor of economically priced disposable paper products, marketed under the ProTexMor(R) brand. The addition of the CSD Medical product line provides Tidi with a selection of hospital and long-term-care products not currently manufactured by Tidi.

Tidi Products Inc., headquartered in Troy, Mich., is a leading manufacturer of more than 800 disposable paper, cotton, and gauze gauze (gawz) a light, open-meshed fabric of muslin or similar material.
