Chemed announces oddlot buyback for holders of 99 or fewer shares.


CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 1995--Chemed Corporation (NYSE NYSE

:CHE) today announced that it is offering an oddlot buyback program to stockholders of 99 or fewer shares of Chemed Capital Stock.

The offer will be mailed on Sept. 18, 1995, to eligible stockholders of record on Sept. 14, 1995. The offer expires at 5 p.m., E.S.T., on Friday, Nov. 3, 1995. The company will be buying the shares for treasury purposes under its current repurchase re·pur·chase
