CINCINNATI -- Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per share on the Company's capital stock, payable on December 11, 2006, to stockholders of record on November 22, 2006. This represents the 142nd consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 35 years as a public company.
